約1年ぶりに訪ねたヨーテボリで、なんと街中に回転ずしを発見！！
What a surprise! I found a sushi-go-round restaurant in Göteborg!!
店名は「Haiku」。店のウィンドウにはこんな貼り紙が。
“ついにヨーテボリ初の回転ずしレストランオープン！どうぞお試しあれ！”
The restaurant name is “Haiku” and they put the welcome words in the window.
” Now have we finally opened the city’s first restaurant with going round sushi belt! Welcome and Try it!!”
スタッフは中国の方でしたが、日本人の板前もいるとの噂を耳にしました。地元スウェーデン人の友達によると、ネット上の評価は現在ヨーテボリNO.1だそうです。日本人の私からみると疑問でしたが、「アバンチュール」な寿しが若者に人気だとか。
I had a chat with Chinese shop keeper but I heard there is also a Japanese sushi chef too. According to my Göteborgs friend, the shop has the best reputation in Göteborg. I am a bit suspicious as a Japanese but “Aventure” style might be popular especially among young people.
週末は留学中に出会った友達と久々に再会し、束の間の楽しい休暇を過ごしました。
It was a great weekend to meet some friends and found a funny tip in Göteborg.
